Family session questionnaire


Hey! So at this point we've already booked a session and this questionnaire is for me to get to know your individual family better so I can curate the BEST possible session for you, and your family only.

With these questions, it really helps me get to know you, your husband/wife and child(ren). Are your kids shy and like to play video games, or are they super outgoing and love to run around?

This question is important to me. I want to know how you look at your children. What do they do that just makes you so happy or maybe something that makes you laugh! Example: I love how, when I hold my youngest, she constantly wants to jump up and down. Its so funny to me and I know it won't last forever. She will eventually get too big to be on my lap.
